Thank you to the University of Florida’s Center for the Humanities in the Public Sphere and the Center for European Studies as well as the University of Florida France-Florida Research Institute, a Center of Excellence funded by the French Embassy. The grants each of them awarded us enabled us to expand our collection of French and Francophone bandes dessinées.
Michelle Valoz and I created this website to highlight some of the French and Francophone BDs now available at UF Library West. This is only a small selection. We have so many comics on their way.
